You've got all the skills. Let us help you prepare for life beyond treatment.
We understand the struggles associated with substance abuse and mental health disorders. It’s a battle that requires support, understanding, and professional guidance. That’s why Transformations Treatment Center has established a comprehensive, virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to help you combat these challenges.
The journey towards recovery starts with a streamlined, hassle-free admissions process. As soon as your insurance’s telehealth coverage is verified, we initiate the admissions process. This involves undergoing a pre-admission drug screen at your preferred lab—either LabCorp or Quest Diagnostic—within 48 hours of receiving our requisition form. This requirement ensures that we are aware of your initial condition and can tailor our support accordingly.
One of the unique aspects of our program is the lack of formal intakes. Rather than a traditional intake procedure, our dedicated IOP case manager will guide you through some essential intake forms via Kipu once your drug screen results are in. The IOP case manager is your ally throughout your recovery journey, providing you with all the information you need, including the program’s start date, a detailed handbook, the Zoom link for virtual sessions, your assigned therapist, and nursing appointment details. Their role is to simplify the process and make your experience as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
A core element of our program is its extensive drug testing regimen. Such regular testing is integral to monitor your progress accurately and adjust our support as necessary. Following three confirmed days of program attendance, we’ll mail out a drug testing kit to you. Additionally, after the completion of your third day, we send out a ‘Welcome Box’ the next morning. This box includes essential items such as TTC Pens, BA saliva test strips, six-panel saliva test strips, saliva test tubes, and return envelopes. However, we understand that items can get misplaced, so we offer replacement boxes for purchase, ensuring you’re never without the tools you need.
Our IOP Group Times are structured to offer the most beneficial experience to you. Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 5:30 to 9:00 PM, we hold sessions that are essential to your recovery process. Full attendance in these group sessions is crucial, but we understand life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer make-up sessions on Friday mornings if any groups are missed.
It’s essential to note that all clients must have an external provider for any controlled medications and refills, unless they can make one in-person visit with a TTC provider. The EVP of Nursing, a key member of our team, manages this process and will require a Release of Information (ROI) from the provider. This requirement ensures that your medical needs are met correctly and securely.
Our program also includes rigorous and frequent drug testing for added support and accurate progress tracking. For Substance Abuse (SA) & Dual Diagnosis clients, we perform bi-weekly random alcohol and drug tests. An additional saliva test is requested and mailed to Pinnacle Lab if the results are positive. In cases where there’s suspicion, immediate testing may be conducted during a session. For Mental Health (MH) Primary clients, these tests are carried out monthly, with the same parameters in place.
Our virtual IOP is a program designed to provide a secure, caring, and professional environment that fosters your journey towards recovery. This isn’t just a program; it’s a community, a support network, and a stepping stone towards taking back control of your life. Welcome to a new chapter, a healthier future, and an empowering journey with our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program. We’re here to walk this journey with you.
