Transformations at Mending Fences is a residential mental health and substance abuse facility offering licensed clinicians, clinical and trauma informed care, specific evidenced-based interventions including EMDR, DBT, CBT and others, equine therapy, experiential adventure therapy, and art therapy. All clients receive a psychiatric evaluation upon arriving and psychiatric follow-ups as needed, to include appropriate and effective medication management. Clients also have opportunities to practice and learn life skills, get support from others struggling with similar issues, and enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment well working on growth and reflection. We offer therapeutic family calls as clinically recommended by your therapist as well as the opportunity for family sessions. We additionally have faith-based counseling available, nutritional counseling, and counseling specific to veterans and first responders managing the trauma of their challenging careers.

Mending Fences is located on a retreat of 400 acres away from the stresses and chaos of everyday life, providing an opportunity for healing, reflection and support. Clients come to the program to address issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, substance use or abuse, process addiction, trauma, grief and loss and other behavioral health concerns. Clients are provided with a daily structured schedule that includes one-on-one time with trained clinical therapists, group therapy, experiential work and creative expressive activities that support overall healing and growth.

The residential program consists of 14 hours of clinical services along with 2 hours of individual therapy weekly. Each client participating in the residential program attends at least two (2) 60-minute individual counseling sessions per week including family counseling sessions when needed. Each client is provided with individualized treatment plans and goals as well as full assessments including bio-psycho-social and treatment specific assessments as needed (Anxiety, Depression, Suicide, ASAM, etc.). Clients are housed in a residential setting with 24-hour nursing and licensed clinicians available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Clients have access to case management services, life skills groups, and mental health and substance abuse clinical groups. All clients receive psychiatric evaluation within 48 hours of admission and further psychiatric follow-up weekly during the course of treatment. MAT treatment and medication management is also provided. The residential program is run by licensed clinicians (LCSW and LMHC).
The PHP program consists of up to five (5) group therapy sessions per day offered five (5) days per week. Each client participating in the PHP program attends at least one (1) 60-minute individual counseling session per week including family counseling sessions. Clients receive no less than four (4) hours of clinical services daily; no less than twenty (20) and no more than twenty-five (25) hours of clinical services per week. The PHP program is run by licensed clinicians (LCSW and LMHC). Each client is provided with individualized treatment plans and goals and full assessments including bio-psycho-social and treatment-specific assessments as needed (Anxiety, Depression, Suicide, ASAM, etc.). Patients have access to case management services, life skills groups, and mental health and substance abuse clinical groups. Clients receive a psychiatric evaluation within 48 hours of admission, and psychiatric follow-ups as needed. MAT treatment and medication management are provided.
