Transformations Treatment Center opened its doors in 2008, providing substance abuse and mental health treatment programs that are individually tailored to clients’ needs. Transformations has always offered the most up-to-date, innovative treatment for adults 18 years of age and older at our Florida locations.
Our flagship location resides in sunny South Florida and specializes in dual-diagnosis, helping clients overcome substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. We help clients stop their drug and alcohol use—but more importantly, we teach them how to maintain that lifestyle so they can get their lives back and relationships on track.
We offer a complete continuum of substance abuse and mental health care including detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, client housing, extended and aftercare support, and a vibrant alumni program. Our dedicated team is able to provide the highest level of care, ensuring that each person who walks through our doors receives the help they need and deserve.
Mending Fences is located on a retreat of 400 acres away from the stresses and chaos of everyday life, providing an opportunity for healing, reflection and support. Clients come to the program to address issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, substance use or abuse, process addiction, trauma, grief and loss and other behavioral health concerns. Clients are provided with a daily structured schedule that includes one-on-one time with trained clinical therapists, group therapy, experiential work and creative expressive activities that support overall healing and growth.

Our in-network curriculum-based program, created with decades of experience in substance abuse treatment, offers PHP and medication-assisted treatment. Our team of committed professionals use evidence-based practices combined with decades of experience to produce long-term, sustainable recovery. We believe that community support is incredibly important throughout recovery, especially early on. Our clients will enjoy a shared living space in our beautiful community apartments which include a clubhouse and pool.

Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, Summit Detox is a 21 bed medical facility that offers a comfortable and safe environment for a medication-supported detox, enabling our patients to be in the best frame of mind to continue with treatment. Summit also offers step-downs for both mental health and substance abuse patients at a residential level.
