It’s November already! That means the holidays are upon us and I don’t know about you, but things are starting to get busy around my house. This cooler weather leaves me craving comfort food, and getting really excited for Thanksgiving dinner. If you want a quick fix of gravy in your life, try out this recipe! It’s super easy. All you need is a crockpot and a few ingredients and you can forget about it all day while it slowly cooks. Enjoy!

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken, Rice and Veggies:
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 boxes of McCormick gravy
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- Hot steamed rice (I used white rice)
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic power
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together chicken broth, and gravy mix. Pour around chicken.
- Add garlic powder. However much you see fit. (I do two pinches).
- Mix in broccoli and carrots.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Before serving, be sure to shred the chicken with a fork. Serve over the hot steamed rice.
